A sweet haiku that reminds me of what is around the bend.

If this (cold) is on the other side of the bend, I wouldn't move a muscle! LOL. Thanks, Carem

So cold! Today I was reading Robert Service’s “The Cremation of Sam McGee.” The contrast of cold and heat. Have you ever read? A great one! It starts out: “There are strange things done in the midnight sun/By the men who moil for gold”

Wow! Timing is everything! I was just thinking about that poem's rhythm, but couldn't remember the title, the poet, or the first couple of lines, and here you come along with all of that info!!!!! :) :) :)… Unbelievable... And, yes!! What an incredible poem that is. Just love it. THANK YOU SO MUCH, KIM! Peace and Joy (and throw some Love in there too!) :) gw
