Blind

You are blind.
By the green leaves,
the beauty of the world.
The light from the sun,
and the masks you wear.
You are blind,
from the smiles and the waves,
the walls and the windows.
You are blind,
because you do not see
the destruction,
the ashes of your creation.
You are blind,
Blind in your heart,
from no one but yourself.
