Blessings
Strands of faith commitment
teachings of the church
ways to walk with God
in this vale of tears;
of all ages and walks of life
there’s a gem of thought
love one another
to great heights
bring to fruition.
Like a burly bagpiper,
its sound produces music
its meaning brings joy
to every human person.
A real treasure
the gift of God to all
a blessing to all
his love endures for all seasons.
Relationship, a mile wide
it’s deep but challenging
yet its implication
leads to love other people.
Wherever and whenever
God’s presence is invoked
in the fabric of life woven,
he’s enthroned in praises,
worship and blessing.
