Blatherskite

I knew a man from Isle of Wight who often got into a fight. His words made little sense and people took offence. He was, indeed, a blatherskite*. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - *a person who talks at great lengths without making much sense.

Love the new word I've learnt, I'm not telling anyone though, they'll be calling me that. :) Good limerick.

I can say this -- you are not a blatherskite, your words are always clear, concise, creative and cogent! Add your sharp humor and imagination the reader is never disappointed. Well done Paul.

Hmmmm I think I've known a few people like that. The World's Greatest Authority who won't let anyone else get a word in edge wise because they're so busy pushing their own opinions down their throats. And usually it's Much Ado About Nothing. A fun read her my friend. It made me smile. God Bless and a seven from me. Thanks so much for the kind words on my "In My Rose Garden". It means a lot. JB
