Blackened Phoenix

A perceived love
Gone horribly awry
The anger seethes within
Destroying all in its path
The damage completed
Seen entirely too late
A twisted and angry Phoenix
Lays blackened and decomposing
Done in by imagined longings
And a dangerous mind
