Lovely white angels whispered next to my pillow in my sleep that I was the black swan. My pillow as a stage, I was dancing as a prima ballerina. You took me for a while, I had you for a moment. Both together dancing forever on my pillow to have the best performance.

Oh this gives so many various emotions, and the descriptive imagery emanates a euphoric vibe. I love the way you’ve written this. And i think black swans are gorgeous. I loved this poem and your reference to the 'black swan,' perhaps the one from Swan Lake...dancing like a prima ballerina. I grew up watching ballet. My aunt was a prima ballerina; she and her husband later taught ballet and started their own ballet company...so this poem resonated with me. It's delicate and meaningful like you, sweet Maria. Lovely dream, Maria, and fine poetry. Our aunt and Uncle both danced for the New York Metropolitan Ballet for years before forming the Dallas Metropolitan Ballet Company. She was the prima ballerina. Sara and I enjoy going to their performances. Lovely subject for a poem, my friend. Have a pleasant day! Bill
