Black Diamond Night
I may not be their Sheppard
But I find myself
watching over them
whenever they are in sight.
I cannot guide them
To where I’d assume they’d be safe
All I can do is watch them march
One by one in place
Alone I am not
When I say,
I will follow them
Wherever they might go
So I will let my faith guide them
To where I assume…
They’d be safe
Guide me on my longest nights,
Black diamond’s of the night.
