The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

Black Coffee

There’s a day sun and a night sun.
The day sun rises,
the night sun sets,
black circle descending into the depths
of a ceramic sky,
so my brain can say to sleep,
“For now, goodbye.”

Interesting work. Coffee even decaffeinated seems to do the trip in waking us up. Enjoyed reading your work. Sara
