Black Belt Cupid
There came a day he lost his arrows.
Cupid would regret.
But Alzheimers was catching up
and Cupid would forget.
While some he saw had crushes on
yet some remained unsure.
When Cupid had no arrows left
he up and knew the cure.
When quickly out of nowhere
he would leap onto the scene
and kick away dear Cupid did
with nothing quite so clean.
He sucker-punched the lover's hearts.
Brought on a horrible pain.
Each couple falling to their knees
and reaching to remain.
This Judo chop was Cupid's mark
to temper lovers hearts.
With love controlled he went his way
and took his Martial Arts.
But now we know the morals clear.
Don't mess with love till sure.
For if you question lover's pain
he'll kick you till it's pure.
