Bitter Fruits
The autumn tree stood lone , half bare
not knowing what will follow
The storm has blown her leaves away
There were no stars to fill her night
but only cold and sorrow.
The fierceful wind had come oncemore
It shook the velvets of her apples
It moved so fast behind her back
It made her bend ,with no regret.
It whined , it pushed, forced itself through
It scattered bitter drops of dew
It whisked old seeds and spread the new
Then from the soilbed, it's breath withdrew.
The autumn tree stood lone, half bare
not knowing what will follow
It dreaded blooms and yielding fruits
in seasons of tomorrow.
