Biochemistry

Inside me lives a little cell
She sings to me and all is well
There's billions more inside me too
But this single one just grew and grew

She's centered en mi corazón
This love I have is her's alone
And though I need my cells to live
It's only her that I can give

A love that's real and not contrived,
Since knowing her I've come alive
From years of acting on a part
That wasn't really in my heart

I think I've loved her all my life
To analyze I'll use a knife
That cuts away the self built guise
And only leaves clear seeing eyes

A puzzle needs a final piece
To make it whole, fully complete
The picture then is finally done
When once you put that final one

Into its place, fit perfectly
No other one in there can be
But wait I must until someday
And should it come I'll lead the way
