Big Foot and I

Once was upon a time
I went to the Rome zoo
Assisting to the crime:
Big Foot under a boo.

All people there around
Was throwing nuts to him
He looked sad at the ground
His eyes were joyless dim.

I went to other side
I told him: “Nice, poor boy!”
Offering my hand wide
And calling with decoy.

He then raised up his head
And came sudden to me
His hand open well spread
Offered, touching to see.

All of the history is truly amazing. Why is it that the older you are the more meaning there is in antiquity? Anddd it must be later there then here in America.
