Beyond Stars, Beyond Time, Forever Mine

The day God shaped you, mother of mine, From clay so strong, a light divine, He saw your spirit, bright and bold, And broke the mold. He planted you, a seed of grace, Unique and true, in this time and place, A mother with a heart, as gentle as a cloud, If some may miss what he allowed. Let their eyes fail to perceive, The worth you hold, the love you weave, Let them not find, nor understand, The kindness flowing from your hand. If just one flower, of all that bloom, Could hold your essence, erasing gloom, I would chase it down until you were found, A treasure rare, beyond all ground. Were I a sculptor, with a knowing hand, A timeless statue I would command, To capture grace in sculpted stone, So youth's bright flame would ever shine. Eternal beauty, held in art, A Mother's love, a work of heart. You are my mother, I love you beyond any seas, I love you past all galaxies, with gentle breeze. You are my mother, you'll never wither or fade, In my heart you'll stay, even after you have gone away. I chose you then, I'll choose you now, and in the lives that are to be, My mother dear you'll always be chosen by me, Cause my love for you runs so deep, You are the one person I will always keep. So, my mother of mine, be prepared to be mine for eternity, Because you mean the world to me.
