Freed* from addiction’s chains and imprisoning misery… Rescued from bondage of liability as a disgraced social deviant Especially upheld by the Saviour with His transforming compassion-might!!! Empowered now to prevail with faith over haunting rehab-rigors! Deliverance-delight drives toward victorious life! *Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. great poem all around. I suffered from addiction and have been sober almost ten years and am only 38 years old so I understand. I really enjoyed your poem but placed you lower because even though it flowed like a free verse to me it was more acrostic. nonetheless really enjoyed it...thank you for your entry and congratulations on your placement :)-luloo
