Better Off
Don’t wanna sit up
Don’t wanna lie down
Don’t wanna play
Don’t wanna work
Don’t wanna create
Don’t wanna be idle.
Don’t wanna sing
Don’t wanna dance
Don’t wanna talk
Don’t wanna listen
Don’t wanna know
Don’t wanna think
Don’t wanna lie
Don’t wanna die
Don’t wanna live
Don’t wanna cry
Don’t want to be enthused,
enlightened or moved.
Don’t wanna be left alone,
Don’t want company.
Can’t take this state of mind to the hereafter
and expect heaven’s bliss or an angel's kiss;
if I don’t deserve to go there!
Can’t take this goddess mind into
‘’Gehenna’s abyss’’,
''destinations for unregenerate souls''
Don’t even wanna go there.
Stuck in this human flesh, is a tormented soul.
Waiting to want, waiting for change,
Waiting, to feel, think and know joy again.
Waiting, to want to remember,
wanting to be better off.
‘’Better off,’’ the bottom line,
‘’To be ‘’better off’’ is all that matters.
It mattered when I had choices that mattered.
I want to want all things good to matter again.!
Or nothing will.
