Bet You Didn'T Know
I bet you didn't know I was broken
You see my smile now but you haven't seen my pain
I bet you didn't know I was a shadow of myself
The tears came freely
I am sure you didn't know I woke up at four every night and cry myself back to sleep
You pack my stuff in a black garbage bag and said goodbye ...I was broken
No call...no text...you had moved on
I bet you didn't know I was broken
I love you are words that were spoken
With tears in my eyes were they just words that were spoken?
I bet you didn't know my heart was broken
You say forgive, forget, and move forward but I am still broken by you
I bet you didn't know that
