“I think perhaps I will always hold a candle for you –
even until it burns my hand.  And when the light has
long since gone …. I will be there in the darkness holding
what remains, quite simply because I cannot let go.”

Bench In Snow

                                      I recall when my love
        and I . . . sat on a wooden bench
the evening was silent in the old park~
though cool- I felt quite warm
because of his lips and whispers . . .
now, on a silent cemetery bench
      I remember our love _
my heart weeps, weeps- alone in the graveyard

I enjoyed reading your wonderful/lovely yet sad "Bench In Snow" write. What A Great Picture. Love Both... "Good Luck" I did, "The Lonely Bench." Have a great day/week writing away............
