Beloved

To my utter shame I follow you I can't condone The things you do I want to save And rescue you But you can't repent Your heart's untrue Oh sweet babe Once you were good You learned to dance The way you should Your father hit Your mother cried And half your heart Sickened and died I am here To minister to you Oh my dear I love you too I'll not forsake My wounded man But cherish you God's beautiful plan I'll cherish you Beloved man
