Bells
I tell this story some, of how we met;
Of how in time, you took me for your bride.
I tell of how our love in bells was set;
For when we kissed, their music did not hide.
For hearing bells imparts to you a debt;
For those who hear, reluctance not abide.
Your lips touched mine, and bells rang sweet and true.
My lips touched yours; my love was born for you.
