Believe it or not

Composing a hymn, a verse,
I swallowed the universe,
freezing the frame, as it were,
where nothing at all could stir.

In time stretched stillness thus poised,
no longer by thought forms toyed,
energy within humming,
I sensed chords of bliss strumming.

Peace became bliss, love and light,
expanding for heart’s delight,
thus making worlds manifest,
where we now dwell in light jest.

Swallowing the universe will do that to you, I guess. Magnifico, Gershon

I assume we’ve all had this epiphany sometime or the other and thus reasoning that we cannot get to where we already are not, we exclaim, Aham Brahmasmi, meaning, I Am the universe!
