Behind Those Whispering Pines





Vague traces of mystic embraces,
Soft candlelight mirrors our faces.
The sounds of the waterfall as limitless
As our heated caresses.
Whisper, another time, you love me in my ear,
Your words rising to the to windy, starlit spaces.
Come, join us in celebration, 
Hearts waltzing in rhythmic palpitations.
Breathtaking you, breathtaking me.
Blessed by God~ lovers forever to be.

Really outstanding write -- enchanting! Ah, to be young again!...but then, if I read this right, you say that such love is eternal, never waning with time -- I pray you are 100% correct -- and that it is so throughout creation, a fine tapestry, woven by God and His angels, filled with everlasting tenderness and miracles shared. Oh, a double Fav!! Should be poem of the day!!

Bob, if I were a typist, a novel would be great fun! I can barely get a poem posted, and they are not one liners. What a cool compliment! I pen feet on the ground poetry. Plain English. I get totally lost in some poetry. Just speak to me in plain English. Some poetry for me is like driving through a jungle. I run off the road)) Poems that touch my soul are my FAVS. They are here. Dear Tom, Romance has been a huge part of my life. It is not like a beautiful vase, one looks at and fawns over. It is a forever beating rhythm. Almost akin to breathing. It’s probably a mix of many years woven into one poem. Thank you for saying I write these well. I do not write to win contests as you know. Doing that is great to be popular here.which makes me grateful for all public speaking I ever did, or comedy. So I leave that stage for others. I know what winning and having the spotlight on you is like. I can step out of the way, let others have it. Poetry is not competition for me. It is simply gratitude for my life and shouting out for freedom as much as I can. Hope I make sense, dear Tom. Pangie xxoo
