can sadly relate with my own father GW not with vulgarities but he made out he was something he wasn't and it galls when I hear folk heaping praise on him when they never really knew him:-( hugs Jan xx

Wow. Very similar experiences we had, Jan, although I can't say that I was bitter toward my father in any way. In many ways he was an immigrant trying to hold his own in a dog-eat-dog rat race. :) gw
