they all sides
this is world wide
hands out
no doudt
begging for change
some talk act insane
as the walk the beat

This is the only world that is real: Homeless people have to beg and steal. Will they live to see another day? There is doubt. They learn to survive between each meager handout. He throws a brick through the window of a car to steal someone's laptop left on the seat. This is what he does in order to get something to eat. This is the world of stark, abject poverty. He moves while struggling to keep his sanity.
