Before Melt With Gold

I want to
knit my time
with golden thread
before
one day
reluctant sun emits
its golden light

I want to
paint on my heart’s canvas
with gold
all the golden memories
before
one day
clocks freeze
its golden ticking

I want to
achieve golden dreams
pick golden stars
before
i step into
my golden ages

before
one day
birds
reluctant to sing my days
with their golden voices

I want to
love
with my golden heart
give
golden kisses
before
all my beloved
picked up
by the golden rays

I will
Spill loud
my golden prayers
to the Creator of gold
before
I
fused and melt with gold
