Before and After

The day before I met you, I was a half -moon, incomplete without you;
Now I am a full moon, complete with you
The day before I met you, I was a common star, not very bright;
Now I am a Sirius star, shining far brighter
The day before I met you, I was a withered flower lost its charm;
Now I am a bloomed flower, looks beautiful
The day before I met you, I was a aardvark, a timid and shy;
Now I am a lioness, roars with courage
The day before I met you, I was a kingfisher, a solitary bird;
Now I am a swan, forming a pair with you
The day before I met you, my half heart was not there in me;
Now my whole heart is there in me
The day before I met you, something was missing that made me incomplete;
Now, only you make me complete
