Beauty Was Your Name
I seem to recall
Beauty was your name,
At least I thought so,
You appealed to me
I wanted you, and
You wanted me.
Yes, I could tell,
Your eyes betrayed
you, Beautiful.
Eyes smiling,
now twinkling,
I can tell.
I shall
call you
love.
