Beauty of Day's Harvest

Ah, the exotic blend of new spice and desires on the tip of the tongue, love's seductive dawning does entice cinnamon cravings wakened among thrills of ardent aster in Fall bloom, whispers and lips in butterfly tease stoking hearth’s heat in surrendered swoon harvesting lust with vanilla ease on eve of Autumn leaves and passion. Absolutely rich, lavish...I love the sensual and erotic blend with which you treat this topic, Susan. I am pleased to notice that nowadays you are using alliteration effectively without making it too apparent....technically a significant step in the right direction. (I wonder if publishing a book of poetry is on your wish list!) ~ Warm regards & Hugs // paul

Oh, it’s in the back corner of my mind, but of course now that you mention it, if someday a book of my poetry was published, it would be a wish come true, Paul - not only for me but for my wonderful daughter, Julie too.. who was the first to encouraged me to share my thoughts with the 'world' :) Without her encouragement, I don't think I would have become a poet here at PS.. my observations would still be shyly tucked away in my notebooks :))

Indeed, my dear friend, I have learned and continue to learn from the master. You have been such a guiding force in my growth as a poet since joining PS almost three years ago. Reading your masterworks and receiving your inspiring and positive comments - pointing out the things I got right :) - even when I didn't know it - were the building blocks for my confidence to thrive and take chances with my poetic expression. I am ever appreciative when your shining presence graces my poem and I am ever so grateful to enjoy your golden friendship and encouragement. Thank you truly, my dear friend. My warmest wishes and hugs to you always.. ~Susan
