Beauty Exposed

I dared to peak through her window this past night
Though fear of being caught ran wildly through my mind
I had to see the beauty she was, exposed by light
When to my seeking eyes and heart, she, I did find

Incredible, a flawless beauty stood naked before me
As my faced peered from the darkness to see her body
But, it wasn’t perfection as anyone else would think or see
Yet, I overlooked the obvious and focused on the beauty

It was wrong, I know, but it is just a game that we play
She likes to think that someone, me, would have a stare
Really, this game, is just a way we get through our days
As she likes to be seen by another, when standing bare

I, being her lover, am eager to always have a gander
As I find her body a gift that was placed here just for me
When I look, my mind (and body) starts to really wander
For she’s the only beauty for me and will always be

She’s my lover through the window, just for me
