Beautifully New
hey can you believe?!
what's been going on?
the events, this past few weeks?
it seems, they say,
a love has come
and blown them all away
that for so long,
for both of them,
a cloud had hung about
to shade the two
from love's full light
all dark and gloomy doom
yet somehow, sometimes
if you just have faith,
love's light will find the way
and in one day,
a friend stops by
then forever, every day
you see in them
the love you give
returned in every way
how can this be??
so fast, so pure?
right where you now belong?
so easy, yes
moreso than bliss
magnificently ildefined
for love, alone,
is not all I feel
and more, you can not find
this holding you,
so beautifully new,
is forever where I'll be
