Beautiful Scents

There are many beautiful scents like rose, a red rose is what a lover will chose; elegant, opulent, everlasting, so sweet with white baby's breath contrasting. I use lavender scent as a perfume, and it has a pretty and charming bloom; growing it for its pale violet hue, oh, the color could almost be called blue, I like lemongrass- for it is gentle, chamomile scent makes me sentimental; mint is stimulating, crisp, fresh and clean, I imagine the plant growing bright green. Scents can conjure up long past emotions; and memories floating in vast oceans. __________________ June 28, 2019 Poetry/Sonnet/Modified/Beautiful Scents Copyright Protected, ID 19-1160-803-02 All Rights Reserved.
