Beautiful Essence

A softness in me you've awakened
One I thought had been long gone
Hidden from what others had taken
To await a future promising dawn

Found it hidden beneath old scars 
Needing carings own quintessence
One who'd move the heavenly stars
To share his own beautiful essence
