Beast From the East 18
The beast from the east is here
It's snow and wind have no fear
If you must go out be prepared
Whatever happens dont be scared
Weather warnings have been sent
It's not time to pitch a tent
Storm Emma, the beast have met
Carnage the UK will get
Don't travel if its not needed
Warnings really should be heeded
Feel sorry for those on the street
As it is tough to stay upbeat
No roof above their head
To keep the snow off their bed
No heat to keep them warm
Clothes tattered and really worn
These people are the ones in need
Not you if you are out, for greed
You may say you are not greedy
Money, food forget the needy
Take care if you have to be out
Be patient and wait for a shout
Without your efforts it'd be worse
Emergency crews please dont curse
Some people just don't listen
Or think they know it all
Weather is unpredictable
Stay safe one and all
