Bear in Uniform You had wide shoulders, and a scruffy face. Your beard was soft, and you had nice eyes. I was not what you needed, You were exactly right. Saved me from ugly, and evil. Thank you. What can I say, that “we” were never meant to be? Convenience, and friendship, turned upside down. Yet, a picture found loose, in a drawer, brought back… happy feet, spoons, pleasant reminders of better moments, now gone. I hope you are happy.
