actually, more than beans, I find certain vegetables do it to ME (ever since I started eating healthier)

Andrea, We went to the Mexican restaurant for lunch yesterday. They always bring a salad plate with lettuce, guacamole, rice and refried beans with cheese on top. I ate two bites of those refried beans and whoa~ not a good idea. Thanks for dropping by. Sara
