Beach of Despair
The darkness of the night and the depths inside
Is clipped by the glare of the soulless dim moon
Slicing through the water, breaking off the tide
A black crow belts his caw making one to swoon
There’s a straw house, quite decrepit and lonely
No light strays inside this house which is empty
The beach of despair carries many footsteps
With all seeming to end nowhere, no free steps
