Be Willing To Bend
Storms blowing over the meadows and trees
Forests and flowers waving in the breeze
Some will stand tall, resisting the wind
Others submit willingly and will bend.
Those who resist will eventually break
Nothing but sticks will remain in the wake
Though flowers are bent, their colors remain
They’ll die, spread their seeds, and flower again.
The world is meadow, mankind makes it grow
All manner of storms through all life will blow
Those who bend will find survival and stay
Ignore reason and you’ll be turned away.
So, listen and learn, be willing to bend
For those who do will survive in the end!
