Be there through my illness
For my cold, my flu
Through my coughing and sneezing
Be there for my bad days
For my sorrow, my depression
Through my silence and tear stained cheeks
Be there for my failures
For my support, my comfort
Through my anger and anguish
Be there for those tough times
For my light pockets, our empty plates
Through all the trials and tribulations
Be there for my successes
For my ego, my benefit
Through the late nights and long days
Be there for my good days
For my smiles, my laughter
Through my inane jokes and over-excited quips
I promise you my heart
If you would just be there for me
