Be still and know that I am God By Michelle Morris 04/11/2021 When you're alone in the dark and The light seems out of reach, Breathe deeply and pray on your knees; "Be still and know that I am God", Keep praying and wait on Heaven above. Heaven's grace is always there, We just have to have faith in what's unseen; For there is much we cannot divine From the Universe's infinite wisdom. "Be still and know that I am God", Cast your cares upon the Lord and Let the Universe hold you in its arms; Know that you are loved and cared for, More than you could ever know. For He knows what plans He has for you; Plans to prosper and bring you joy. For we are all children in His Kingdom, And belong as a family of souls together. As corporeal beings we're bound for a while, Until we return at last to Heaven above; But while we are still here on earth, We can do our best to make our light shine. For we burn brightly on earth and beyond, Not bound by space or time or stars; Not as impermanent as our human lives, But forever shining in Heaven brightly. © Michelle Morris, 2021
