Be Not Afraid

Be Not Afraid

When you are going through the trials of life
Lift up your hands to the sky
A whisper in your ear may taunt you to give up
Still be not afraid he goes ahead of you
 To prepare a special place
Amidst the real Peyton place your living in
Cherish the love sent from above
A beacon of hope to a hurting world in need
To touch the very hem on his garment
The prison cell will be opened
The flood gates of heavenly beauty rush in
Piercing hearts of resistance to be silenced
At the very mention of his name Jesus
Take his hand to the ocean of fellowship
Walk in the real desire of truth seasoned with salt
Relax and breath in the delight of his word
One can claim their unique destiny among his presence
When you walk through the desert he is there
When your in prison with out hope he is there
He will never leave you nor will he ever forsake you
