Be My Valintine
BE MY VALINTINE
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Have you laid beneath the sky at night?
I did, I fell asleep counting satellites,
When I woke they were in my face,
Thought? I'm dreaming I'm in space.
Two black and white orbs blinking,
It was a cow and its breathe, stinking.
Have you laid beneath the day sky
I did, I fell asleep counting butterflies
When I woke I was soaking wet.
That darn cow! I took it to see a vet.
Now when I fall asleep out in the open
Its in a tent I and now I'm coping
Have you laid beneath the sky at dusk?
I have, listening to the dusk chorus.
This time, no I did not fall asleep.
Would have had it not been for the sheep!
Thankfully I was in inside my tent,
Err the sheep bleatings' did not relent.
have you laid on your bed alone at home
I have and never fall asleep when I'm lone
venture into my garden lay beneath the stars.
Searching for friends, Jupiter, Venus, Mercury and Mars
Fell asleep, and when I woke I found a card
Be my Valintine YOU HUNK from a fellow Bard?
