It was a sad moment in the film, that's for sure. I recently heard a judge sentenced a man convicted of poaching deer to watch Bambi once a month for a year. I wonder how many times he cried. Nicely done GW

Thank you for your feedback on this haiku, Jan...And you know, I also was so saddened when Bambi's mother was shot...I remember a couple of my little kids just bursting into tears. They couldn't even watch any more of the movie till they were older....Holiday Best, Gershon
