Bad Romance

You pull me apart, you tear me in half.
When I cry, you make sure I see you laugh.

You break me down; you pull me to the ground.
But say you hate to see me frown.

You call me stupid, you call me dumb,
That’s when I start to feel numb.

I’ll go on about my day, without much to say
After all, it’s probably stupid to you, anyway.

Maybe one day you will see,
The affect you have on me.

But will you really care, I don’t know
I’ll try to keep the pain in, so no one will know.
After all, for staying, I am the dumb hoe.
