Bad Company

You came out of nowhere, a total surprise
no warning, you sprang into view
unwanted companion right before my eyes
crept out before anyone knew.
No need for a friendship, no need for respect
no need for a long term affair,
I made up my mind that you just had to go
before anyone knew you were there.
There were several attempts, they became much more vicious,
I tried several plans of attack,
but each time that I thought I had come out on top
some days later you kept coming back.
It seems that we're fated to spend life together
till death us do part, I suppose,
I'm sure that one day I'll feel comfortable with you
the hair on the end of my nose.

I've been bad company to many people that I owe the biggest I'm sorry to. I felt every word you said Viv. Thank you for typing this lovely poem.

Sadly, CayCay, it is a tragic and true story. Ask my tweezers x
