B E D E
I loved that man with a hunger, the
Forbidden fruit of my aged old youth, and
Future grief. I was too green, yet laid like root
My blind side none the wiser.
I loved that man with a hunger, but
God only knows, I've known raw pain
The fall and rise of life again
My blind side none the wiser.
I loved that man with a hunger, but
Good God Almighty made me see
I strayed to snare of the enemy
My blind side woke up much wiser.
