Awesome Lord
How awesome is God the Lord to Whom I bow
Exalted is His name* of marvelous fame
His goodness gives pleasure of divine treasure
…so pampered am I!
Omnipotent is He, yet compassionate
Granting genuine freedom of triumphant bliss
With gratefulness, I trust His sovereign wisdom
…woe unto my doubts!
*Isaiah 25:1 O LORD, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth.
