Awakening

When you wake from a deep slumber, Through the halls you tend to lumber. Through the rooms you seem to stumble, As every word exits a mumble. In the mirror you look so crappy, Hit the shower and make it snappy. You dash to school for fear you're late, Check your phone to view the date. Begin to walk home, feeling like an idiot, But reality hits, and you laugh a bit. For this once horrible starting Monday, Was indeed a humiliating Sunday.
