Awakening

Your breath on my neck
Blows away the cobwebs
That have long surrounded me

Your scent in my nose
Floods me with memories
Once forgotten to ashes

Your hands on my body
Lift me out of the grave
That entombs my emotions

Your lips on my mouth
Breathe life into this girl
Once dead to the world

Your head on my breast
Drums a beat into my heart
That’s been hushed for a lifetime

Your tongue on my thigh
Awakens a need to step out
From this place I’ve been hiding

Your manhood inside me
Drives passion into my soul
That finally knows living
