Awake To Your Day

I can see you stretching your arms out, 
reach sweet reach, 
The curl of your stems.
The strength in your body!
Wake glorious from your sweet slumber 
your peaceful rest,
 there is so much to be accomplished.
The sun has warmth radiating from it.
The waking of a new season.
Reach towards the sky, stretch your weary limbs!
Show us your magnificence.
Your rebirth, your time.
Wake your weary eyes Earth
 the sound that is heard is the sound of Spring!! 
Life is renewed and it shall break free new creations!
 Blessed from the sweet breath of the Lord! Show us your brilliance.

Robert Pettit March 8, 2012 at 11:20 PM Apparently, you are not asking humans to awaken from their slumber in this write. You must be asking the trees to become aware of the start of spring. We have less than two more weeks to wait, and may it pass quickly. Good write.
