Autumn's Splendor

as we lie in the grass on this October
night and the moon is full
I can't help but wanting to hold your hand
I kiss your fingers
our hands are like a spider web
that nothing can invade
we are one
we are strong

as I kiss your full lips
I feel as though I have received a heavy dose
of opiates
I start to drift in and out of reality
as your affection and passion
are of nothing I have experienced before
the sky filled with stars
and the shear beauty of your breasts
we entwine our hands so tightly
that nothing can trespass
on this love of ours
