Autumn's Pen

AUTUMN'S PEN

A Poem by Debbie_Philly
" This was a callab with my friend and mentor Poeticpiers ( Ivor) Thank you Ivor "

Autumn’s Pen

Autumn leaves blow swiftly past me,
like memories from yesterday.
Twirling colors fill me with glee
as leaves like naughty children play.
Falling from trees so carelessly
they carry on their merry way.
Life starts to feel so worry free
and all my troubles fade away
Autumns rainbows are all I see,
the skies above no longer gray.
My happiness is here to stay
Emotions run through my mind
now I can leave the past behind.
